ASSIGNMENT 2
IDENTIFY A SOLUTION
Due Week 6: 150 points
OVERVIEW
Microsoft Word is one of the most effective tools you can use to
document an idea, proposal, or plan. It can help you present yourself and your ideas in a clean, clear, and concise way.
In this assignment, you will write a two to three (2-3) page paper
about the same problem you selected in Week 3 of this course
and share details for how you plan to solve it. Many people are
likely facing the same problem you selected, and sharing your
thoughts could be helpful to others. After you have finished your
paper, you may decide that you would like to share it online like
our digital mentor Naomi Bishop does. If you would like to give
your writing a social media presence, you can create and post it
to a blog. For samples of blogs, go to www.blogger.com or www.
tumblr.com)
Note: This assignment will be run automatically through SafeAssign plagiarism detection software and an originality report
will be sent to your instructor. Please make sure that your writing
is your own, based on your research and understanding of your
selected problem. For Criteria #4 of this assignment, do not copy
over material from the sources you have found. Instead, list the
1
source name and URL only, and explain in your own words what
you learned from those sources. Please review Strayer University’s
Academic Integrity Policy before beginning this assignment.
Follow the steps below in writing your two to three (2-3) page paper. [If you don’t remember how to operate any of these functions
in Microsoft Word, refer back to TestOut, the course material in
the LEARN section, your instructor, or Google it!]

why you chose this problem, why it is important to
you, and why others should care about it (if applicable).

selected problem (either your own ideas, ideas found
online then put into your own words, or a combination of both types) in a bulleted or numbered list.

group. Explain why you chose this solution above
others. Create a table, chart, or other visual listing
both the benefits and risks of your top recommended
solution.

you implement your top recommended solution. Each
