1. Accenture also had its fair shares of strengths and weaknesses, like any general
innovation in the field of business development and management. The ability to grab
the attention of the millennial generation while setting up the feedback interface
which was user-friendly and accessible through mobile phones was one of the major
advantages of the company Accenture. Over 70,000 times in a day, all the employees
globally accessed the application, during the term the app was released. This proved
the fact that the application had a user-friendly interface. The habit of the millennial
generation to use on-the-point information and their desire of easy accessibility was
brought to them by their co-workers and administrators by a live feedback opportunity
produced at Accenture. The initial goals of Accenture although were to change the
demographics of the employee and workplace relationship and to accelerate
innovation, it had its fair share of shortcomings. The failure to recognize certain job
profiles and demographics in multiple offices throughout the globe was one of the
shortcomings of Accenture. Certain variables were not considered, such as situations
at the workplace and working hours were different, and above all the data produced
by different prospects are immaterial and cannot be classified as required data.
Working in these sorts of jobs required skill and the employees successfully produced
at par performances, however, Accenture’s automated software-based feedback
