For any organization to work well or grow, there are many factors it must meet. In this
case, at Trident Emergency Care Center our main aim is to develop partnerships and boost the
growth of the organization. Trident Emergency Care Center requires skilled staff who will be
able to attend to the public accordingly. The trained staff will be oriented to familiarize
themselves with the center. They will also go through training and team building for them to
polish their skills. General staff meetings which will be held frequently will enable them to learn
from each other and correct each other in case of any mistakes.
Potential partners need to be identified and brought in for partnership. We also need to
keep up with the new technology trends. We need to purchase more laptops for the various
departments to fasten our work and to make it easier. Telephones should also be purchased to
enable faster communication between staff. We also need to equip the center with new machines
for treating our patients. We need to purchase the cancer treatment machine for our cancer
patients.
For all this to happen we need money. Money is required to pay the trained staff and to
purchase all the machines, phones and computers. This logic model will be an effective way to
facilitate healthcare within the community as more effective leadership leads to better
management of the center. However, we might face some external factors. Competition from
other healthcare facilities and language barriers are the external factors that we are more likely to
face.
To ensure that the center is working as expected, we will have a suggestion box at the
reception for us to get to know where we are supposed to improve. We will also have

questionnaires given out for us to know how we are doing. We will also have ratings as they will
help us improve our work.
