Question description

Write a COMPLETE PROGRAM that performs the following actions:

1.  Displays a welcome message: “Wind Chill Calculator”

2.  Prompts a user to enter the current temperature in degrees Fahrenheit

3.  Receives and stores the temperature

4.  Prompts the user to enter the wind speed in miles-per-hour

5.  Receives and stores the wind speed

6.  Uses the stored temperature and wind speed to calculate and store the Wind Chill Factor (WCF)
according to the following formula:
WCF = 35.74 + 0.6215 * temp – 35.75 * windSpeed+0.16 + 0.4275 * temp * windSpeed+0.16
replace the term: windSpeed+0.16 with:  pow(windSpeed, .16)  in C++ code

7.  Using the stored WCF value, the program should output a message in the following format:
For temperature <temp> and wind speed <windSpeed> the Wind Chill Factor is <WCF> degrees.
This WCF value falls into the <category> category

where <temp> and <windSpeed> are the values entered by the user , <WCF> is the calculated WCF value, and <category> is either [Balmy, Cold, Very Cold, Bitterly Cold, Dangerously Cold] according to the following chart:

WCF Categories:

·  Balmy -  > 35 degrees

·  Cold -   From 20 to 35 degrees

·  Very cold -   > 0 but less than 20 degrees

·  Bitterly cold -  0 to -20 degrees

·  Dangerously cold - WCF less than -20 degrees

1.  I should be able to copy and paste your code directly into Visual Studio and run it without modification.

2.  Follow the algorithm exactly.

3.  The WCF value is a double, but should print out as a whole number

4.  The program should include a comment header with modified IPO information

5.  Sample output is below

  Wind Chill Calculator

Please enter the current temperature: 22
Please enter the current wind-speed: 22

For temperature 22 and wind speed 22
the Wind Chill Factor is 6 degrees.

This WCF value falls into the Very cold category
