Anxiety disorder is a disorder that many people suffer from for different reasons. While
this disorder has been characterized as a mental illness, there are various forms of anxiety
disorders and this is what classifies them as mental illnesses. Various practitioners have
identified various ways of treating and controlling this mental condition. Some methods of
control, however, outweigh others and this is why it is very important to explore the various
methods of treatment that there are and how effective they can be.
