various cultures. Managing a diverse group of personnel can be an unnerving task, especially
if these multi-cultural dissimilarities are not considered. Inclusive leadership is where leaders
take up and live to specific set values which are necessary for appropriate relationships in any
organization. These values may include respect to other workers, promotion of services, and
interest in sustainable development above self-centeredness. The leadership will not only be
demonstrated by the management but also on all other customers, employees, suppliers,
community, and the investors. Intelligent leaders, therefore, should be cognizant that
organization lasts under complex ecosystems like economic, the government, social, and
educational.

Traits of Inclusive Leadership
Inclusive leadership has various characteristics that assist in improving the culture of
an organization. They include commitment which guarantees that there is rationalisms energy
to shine, value, and they both apply for inclusion and diversity. The second trait is courage;
