Amazon Company is a large company with many customers across the world. It's
undertakings and process of carrying its operations are in such a way that meets the expectations
of many. The managers are creative, and to a large extent they serve the customers as expected
(Linden, 2013). Most of the operations and management procedures are unique due to the
creativity of the leaders. However, there exist areas where some strategic changes and
improvements may be done to facilitate the better performance of the firm.
Over time, Amazon has been faced with the need to increase the market share by having
many customers across the world. However, the process has not been easy, and some structure
has to be followed to achieve the plan. Research has been taken to establish the possible changes
that will help in improving the company’s performance. One of the factors that hinder the
acquisition of many customers is the gap between the ordering of goods and the delivery time.
Therefore, the firm has to look for ways to solve the problem or competitors will outdo the
organization from the market.
Customers need a business where they can order for goods and receive it in the least time
possible. Delay in the delivery time has many inconveniences and should be avoided altogether.
