Corporate Social Responsibility Research Proposal Problem Statement Organizations are incorporating CSR into their business strategies at an unprecedented rate. The primary goal of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is to build bridges between business and society. When an organization engages in various actions to address different social challenges, it is said to be establishing a bond between the corporate and the society. Organizations often set aside a percentage of their annual income to invest in CSR efforts. Since the advancement of the CSR concept, different professionals have pursued distinct definitions of CSR that varied corporations usually consider. Some of the professionals detailed that companies can enhance the financial performance in their domestic nations (Cho et al., 2019). On the other hand, another team of professionals asserted that a company shouldn't concentrate on CSR practices unless it develops a stable position and market reputation. Therefore, the major problem is several small and medium-sized companies are looking forward to investing in CSR activities. Still, they are confused about the suitable period for such investments in CSR concepts. This study on CSR assignment will allow the corporations mentioned above to comprehend the perfect time to make Corporate Social Responsibility investments. Break-up of the Research Our proposal will include five chapters which we will write as a team. Every member will be given a section to explore (chapter). Chapter 1 will introduce our proposal; the second chapter will include our conceptual framework or what we mainly regard as the literature review (Cho et al., 2019). The third chapter will consist of the research methodology, and chapter 4 will include findings and analysis of the proposal. Lastly, in chapter five, the entire proposal study will be abridged consisting of the outcomes, analysis, and discussions. Every member of the team will at least review the other member’s work to ensure the chapters align. The first one, which is evident, is following the instructions on how to write a good research proposal. Based on the entire length of our proposal, we'll decide whether or not to include headers and subheadings (e.g., Introduction, Background Material, Methodology, and so on). Following the guidance provided in the award guidelines, these subheadings can be chosen. What one will talk about will be laid down in point form for each part. We will use Nontechnical terminology to describe our study project. We will avoid jargon at all costs. Our submission will also be checked for typos and grammatical problems. We will ensure that every member uses the third person for the presentation. A reviewer's life is a whirlwind. We need to pique their interest and get them excited about our initiative from the outset. We'll make it simple for them to grasp the gist of what we're trying to say. Our team will also show our study to be original and beneficial. In addition, I will urge my colleagues to organize their ideas so that they are concise, well-integrated, and centered on a single issue. There are many different ways to get the most out of a short proposal. Still, the most common method is to focus on an important topic or compelling subject and structure the research proposal around it. As a result, we'll be careful to cover the many approaches we plan to take in our document. As we move on with our research, we'll make sure to emphasize the importance of practicality. Our goal here is to show that we are capable researchers and that we have picked an ideal academic setting to accomplish our objectives. To summarize, our supervisor and team members will be encouraged to provide regular feedback. This will be beneficial to our efforts to ensure that our enthusiasm for the subject of the study is evident. Because we aim to capture the reader's interest and persuade them of the importance of our project, we should treat our proposal as a persuasive piece of writing. References Cho, S. J., Chung, C. The main focus of this paper is to identify whether there is a connection between CRS
practices and the companies’ financial performances. It will also demonstrate whether the
connections are positive or negative if they exist. This issue is important in companies'
performances because it helps identify the profitability and market returns of the company. Our
group identified that CSR affects companies’ financial performances positively.
The relationship between CSR and the company's financial performance is positive for
many reasons, making it more applicable in many organizations. The first reason CSR is relevant
in companies is that it makes the company more appealing to investments, which consequently
improves the organization's performance.i. CSR also helps to increase sales in the company such
that there is a better chance of having customer loyalty, which generally improves financial
performancesii. Through CSR, there is improved ethics within the organization. This is a major
aspect because it emphasizes the relevance of the companies' policies and laws, making it
possible to support all companies' strategies to perform well.1. Additionally, it is important to
realize that all these aspects are a major part of understanding CSR's relationship and the
companies' financial performance. It would also establish an improved system where all aspects
of the organization align with their goals and strategies. Therefore, it impacts both the company's
external and internal environment, which is important in promoting its success.
CSR has proven to show a positive relationship with companies' financial performances
because it presents more support for the company, making it possible to acquire financial aid.
For example, CSR provides an opportunity to get investors for the company, such that it is more
possible to invest in strategies that are more beneficial for the company (Gaio and Henriques

2020). Getting investors for the company can be a good thing, especially when the company
wants to expand its resources and acquire more advantages in their market2. Therefore, CSR
helps attract more shareholders and new purposes for the company. According to Gaio &
Henriques, companies have started to refer to CSR as a sustainable development feature that
makes it possible to incur economic growth within the company. Therefore, it is fair to say that
the relationship between CSR and the companies' financial performances is because of its
attraction with investors.
Another important CSR to the companies' financial performance is that it creates a
positive relationship between the company and customer loyalty. CSR creates a good
relationship between the company and the customers, such that all expectations set by the
customers are met by the company (Ni Business 2022). Meeting all customer expectations can
help highly in increasing sales for the company. A positive reputation is more likely to be found
in the relationship between the company's financial status and customer loyalty. This positive
reputation will also help get more customers, which will generally help to improve the
company's finances.
CSR has also shown its importance in improving the company’s ethic such that all
stakeholders of the company find it easier to adhere to ethics and policies of the company3. It is
easy to share companies' goals with the employees and other companies' shareholders. With
ethics come other companies' responsibilities, such as financial responsibilities. It is important
