Osteoporosis is a born disease that affects both genders. It is a condition in which the
bone becomes weak increasing the risk of born breakage. This disease affects mostly the elderly
but can also affect the young. This disease shows no symptoms before a born is broken. Some of
the common bones which break are the vertebrae located in the spine, forearm and the hip bones.
