established in the United States. It has achieved rapid popularity and appeal among ‘millennial’
buyers by using the power of online marketing and celebrity endorsements. In addition, because
of social media channels, mainly Instagram, the brand has received a lot of attention and success

marketing mix, and how it can manage its brand to attract and retain employees.
Understanding their Customers
Millennials make up the majority of Fashion Nova’s target audience. It strives to appeal
to the preferences and inclinations of the millennial generation in every way possible. The
website was ranked as the sixth most popular among websites for young people. Millennials are
a web-savvy generation that likes to shop online and are looking for attractive apparel at an
affordable price. Fashion Nova specializes in young fashion. The bodycon dresses made famous
by Kim Kardashian are the brand’s key attractions. Young people like to dress up and imitate
