Introduction

Aggression and violence are words that are used interchangeably to describe a person
behavior. A violent person can cause injury to other people while an aggressive person does not
act with violence. In this case, aggressiveness is seen as a violent feeling. Sometimes an aggressive
person can result in physical or verbal attack mostly in instances of defending oneself or other
people without harming intentions. Both violence and aggression have negative effects on the
society and even to the individuals. Acts of violence seen to target a certain group of people, be it
political, sexual or a group of people using drugs. According to Siever (2008), men of age between
