Feedback is important especially when it comes to projects. This is because it updates
the team on the achievements that have been made, what should be improved on, tasks that
are still pending and how they are required to go about these tasks. It, therefore, makes the
completion of these projects an efficient process. There would be a lot of disorganisation,
inefficiency and time wastage without feedback. There several methods of giving feedback
that apply in different circumstances. These methods are assertive, nonassertive and
aggressive. These are usually effective depending on what message is being communicated
and the number of people being addressed.
