Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, China, Japan, Brazil, Australia, Netherlands, and
Mexico. In addition, the company provides international shipping of products to specific
countries. The company launched Polish, Turkish and Polish language version of the German
Amazon website. In 2015, the company surpassed Walmart by market capitalization and most
valuable online retailer company. It is considered as the fourth most successful company
worldwide, seventh largest employer in United States and the largest internet retailer company
by revenue (Seybold, 2012).
The company is planning to acquire Whole Food Market for estimated 12 billion dollars. This
would help to increase the company revenue.
Amazon Inc is considered as the largest online retailer worldwide and a pioneer in online
business marketing. The company started as a online bookstore but it has diversified its
operations to selling other products online. The company has grown and increasingly expands
worldwide and now it has branches globally by use of combination of globalized delivery,
