A circle has a radius of 9. An arc in this circle has a central angle of 1/3 pie radians

we know that Angle = Arc/radius (Where Angle is in radians)

hence we can write, Arc = Angle x radius

substituting values we get , Arc = (Pie/3) x 9 = 3 Pi (Answer)

Feel free the ask doubt if any ... Expecting good rating please

Thank you. I was looking at some of my sons problems and could not figure the answer I have not done this in 30 years

you are most welcome .... You can add me as tutor for any mathematics help in future

You are the BEST

Circle has a circumference of 4 pie is has an arc of length 4/3 pie

Circumference of circle = 2 * Pi * r = 2 * Pi * 9 = 18 Pi

arc length for Angle Pi/3 radian = 3 pi as calculated above
