Having a full time job can be a huge stress.  If I make mistakes or get in trouble at work, I have trouble sleeping at night and wonder if I'm going to get fired.  I often eat fast food during my 30 minute lunch break which is costly and unhealthy.  I think I should look for another job that has a more positive environment and makes me happy to be there. The first step would be writing a resume and looking online for job opportunities in my area.  I should also bring my lunch and focus on having a healthier diet even while at work.
