Apple is noted for its excellent and effective supply chain management,
including more than 200 vendors. The ethical issues revolve around Foxconn and
Pegatron. A report had been released that accuses Apple of human rights breaches by
its various suppliers that make its iPhones. This came following a 2009 issue
involving another one of the company's suppliers. This study explores how Apple
should handle this new problem. Apple's two leading suppliers, Foxconn and Pegatron,
are based in China, whereby, according to numerous media sources, many civil rights
crimes have happened. Heavy workloads, low salary rates, poor employment practices

responsibility may be more essential than profitability. CSR helps workers become
more passionately engaged at their work and produce better results overall by letting
