Rearrange to solve for kp...

kp = e ^ - (dG / (RT))

plug n' chug...

kp = e ^ - (-13.464E3 J/mol  / (8.3145J/mol/K * 700. K))

kp = e^ (2.31334244)

= 10.10815415

= 1.0 x 10^1 (with sigfigs in mind)
