Evaluation of an individual is vital in ensuring that his or her efforts are put in the right place and
in the right way. Hence the usage of data as a gauging system allows one to know the weight of
his or her strengths, application of training to improve these aspects is available hence after
assessment one knows his or her weak points and strengths.
Making an inference about the progress of an individual enables in-depth knowledge of an
individual hence one to understand what he or she can do best and countless monitoring of a
person's activity allowing relation with others.

Offered in the form of percentages assessments come in the form of tests, and at the end an
individual is given results of his or her performance of the test he or she took, combined with
rank provision a test taker gauges himself or herself with others to know his or her stand.
After taking the test, I had a score of 78% a higher evaluation score from the previous one which
I had 72% showing improvement in both skills and knowledge. Even with this score, I am still
