Utilizing the Web Site, on-line resources, and the information that we discussed in class via the PowerPoints and Assignments, prepare a proposal for the implementation of Outpatient Immunization Clinic which you will send to the executive officers of the hospital for review. You are preparing this information for the board to demonstrate to them that this project is needed, is important and meets the mission, vision, and goals of the organization.
Present the information in correct professional language in paragraph form separated by Section Headersfor each of the criteria listed below.
In your proposal, include the following.

Goals for The Outpatient Immunization Clinic
1. To ensure a reduction of health care costs for the community residents who seek medical
service at Baton General.
2. To see to it that more lives are saved through increasing the quality of rendering medical
services at the outpatient immunization clinic.
3. To minimize the waiting time in the outpatient immunization clinic so that the target of
treating patients per day may increase significantly and allow more patient flow in the
hospital (Mayo Clinic Care Network, 2022).
4. To ensure the effectiveness of the outpatient immunization clinic, together with the
quality of health care services provided, has improved significantly.
Objectives for the Outpatient Immunization Clinic
1. To focus on investing in the management of patient flow software to have an effective
record tacking and efficient tracking of patient movement from entry to exit in the
outpatient immunization clinic.
2. To add more medical personnel in different departments for enhancing effective medical
and patient care for outpatient immunization clinics.
3. Ensuring that there are updated monthly medical assessments in terms of medical reports,
personnel appraisals, regular training of the staff, and financial management of the
outpatient immunization clinic operations.
4. Collection of feedback from stakeholders and patients on the overall position of the
outpatient immunization clinic and experiences of medical services offered by the clinic,
respectively.

A Justification for Each of the Positions in The Organizational Chart
The Chief Nurse officer is the one in charge of the outpatient immunization clinic and
will be overseeing all the operations of the clinic. However, the Chief Nursing Officer will not be
able to perform overseeing duties without help from other senior personnel. Therefore, the
Director of outpatient services will come in to lend a hand since the Chief Nursing Officer does
not only have the clinic to oversee but also other departments in Baton General. As well. The
Director of Outpatient services will be in charge of all the clinic operations since the will take up
the role of the Chief Nursing Officer and answer to her directly. The Director of the outpatient
clinic will also not manage the immunization clinic alone, which creates room for a Director of
the Outpatient Immunization Clinic who has the required skills to run the clinic and answer to
the Director of Outpatient services and also to the Chief Nursing Officer on a need-to basis.
Since the outpatient immunization clinic will continue to grow, it will require other
skilled personnel to enable effective medical operations. The first group of personnel is the
financial staff, who will ensure that the services rendered are affordable and that there are
enough funds to run the clinic. In addition, there is also the information technology staff who
will ensure that all the medical gadgets are always updated to ensure no hiccups during the
offering of medical services to the outpatients. The clinical services staff will also ensure that
they have direct contact with the outpatients and offer necessary medical treatments and
