Team building is paramount in an organization because the team members are able to
carry out tasks that an individual employee cannot do. Moreover, it helps in job simplification
which results in job enrichment as well as job enlargement. A team is a group of individuals who
interact with each other with an aim of realizing a specified organizational goal. In the case of
