For an organization to be successful, it must put more effort and time in terms of
strategic planning depending on the complexity of the business. This is done so as to provide
the organization focus as to where it will be in a few years. Strategic planning makes an
organization to envision itself in future and whether the company will register returns on
investment (La Grange, Geldenhuys, 2008). This essay will critically examine the case of
Heavy Worx Inc, the issues the organization is trying to address and will offer solutions to

Heavy Worx Inx has had its fair share of changes over the years introduced new
