To do this rigorously, one would need to use linear regression (basically fit a line through the existing points). I am just eye-balling it, my educated guess is 7. It cannot be 5, we are at 6 accidents at 8 tickets already. And 10 is too high, the slope of the imaginary line is not that steep. ANSWER: 7
