One day, policemen watching a bridge, saw a car approaching and one of them heard the
sound of something falling into the water. When the driver of the vehicle was arrested, it turned
out to be Wayne Williams, a nearly 23-year-old photographer and music promoter who said he
was looking for the direction of one of his prospects. He gave the name, address and telephone
number of his client, but all this information was false. Wayne Bertram Williams was born on
