Here, Ag+(aq) + e → Ag(s); Eo = 0.800 V …………….. (1)

And Fe2+(aq)  → Fe3+(aq) + e ;  Eo = -0.77 V …………….. (2)

By, (1)+(2),

Ag+(aq) + Fe2+(aq) → Ag(s) + Fe3+(aq); Eo = (-0.77+0.80) = +0.03 V

Now, Nernst Equation,

Ecell = E°cell - (0.0591/n)log(Q); where, Q= [Fe3+]/[ Ag+]= 3.1/0.049 = 63.26

So, Ecell = 0.03 –(0.0591/1) log63.26

Ecell = 0.03-0.106 =-0.076 V (Ans)
