It seems likely that for this question you should examine a moon map and try to make a judgment! However, to guide you: Roughly 16% of the moon's surface is covered by maria, but this is almost entirely concentrated on the near side (there are very few, and very small, maria on the far side of the moon). So if around 90% of the maria are on the near side, which is around 50% of the moon, and around 16-17% of the surface is maria, we would estimate:
15% * 90% / 50% = ~30% of the near side is maria.
