Another formula for finding conditional independence is

If P(A|B)=P(A and B)/P(B) -->independent events

eg P(R)=P(R|F)=0.5

If P(A|B)!=P(Aand B)/P(B) --> dependent events

eg P(S)!=P(S|B) hence they are dependent events.
