Amir Matarieh Lewis University Women's Studies 10 April 2022 Zine project Reports from UNESCO in 2013 revealed that 31 million girls weren't even in school, and many adolescent women in poor states had never finished elementary school education. According to the same survey, elite women have a high chance of getting married later, having healthy children, finding jobs, and making more money than their less-educated counterparts. Some projections predict that women in the United States earn just $0.77 for every $1 earned by males, despite the country's prosperity and development. Although women work two-thirds of all business hours, the gendered wage disparity is more pronounced globally. When women can earn their fair share, it may have a significant positive impact on the whole community since women are more inclined than men to put their money again into their people and friends. Gender and racial discrimination are the most prevalent forms of prejudice in the twentyfirst century, outnumbering all other forms of discrimination. To begin with, many women and men are refused access to individual facilities in different workplaces and professional settings since it is impossible to maintain close and well-integrated contact with one another (Moss- Racusin et al.). For example, I have watched most ambitious women for presidential posts rejected without any apparent reason, but merely because of a simple opposite notion held by the majority of males that women are incapable of becoming effective leaders. African-Americans are still discriminated against in certain parts of the United States of America, and some whites feel that blacks are incapable of being creative and imaginative enough to aid them in the country's progress. When it comes to both of these situations, it is past time for humans to recognize the importance of having a reasonable deal for everyone and generating equal opportunities because the strength of unity can result in differentiated concepts between many that many discoveries and developments can be generated regardless of the gender or race of the individual. This specific zine will be given in the form of a word document, and it was prepared to utilize the web resources that are accessible to explain the zine project in further detail. However, the document may be created in a printed source and constructed as an article on a single leaf page to efficiently disseminate it to other students who desire to examine the text. Other individuals will find it simpler to read the zine due to this. Due to the high prevalence of the practice in certain environments, leaders of state, organizational, and industrial managers should be considered prospective recipients of this specific zine.
