an e-commerce business as well as developing electronics such as smartphones. The
company’s customers are mainly the middle-aged and the young generation, and that take the
lead in the usage of internet and e-commerce (Dahl, 2015). Amazon has one of the best
services, low prices, and fast delivery times, which have played a pivotal role in the high
ratings in terms of customer satisfaction. At the same time, the company’s customers are
among the most price sensitive, which explains the recent surge in the company’s growth as a
