Shenzhen, China (Alfayad, 2019). The company initially focused on the production of mobile
devices but later expanded its corporate world to accommodate various activities like offering
enterprise equipment, providing operational and consultative services, and developing
telecommunication networks. The company has become a leading brand that offers business-tobusiness (B2B) consumer products and services worldwide. In 2018, Huawei was recognized as
the universe's most respected brand (Huawei, 2018). The company trails behind Samsung in the
