His personality is depicted as very manipulative, bitter, very concerned with his image and what the public thinks about him. He is extremely narcissistic and selfish. hes willing to do whatever to make sure he gets what he wants. I woud use Hans Eysenck theory of personality which is an extended trait theory. Eysenck believe that there were originally two things that personalities were based on and they included Introversion/Extraversion and Neuroticism/Emotional Stability. Later after later research he added the third catagory which is where i think Terrance Howards character Lucious Lyon fits in almost perfectly.

  1. Introversion deals with inner experiences, while extraversion deals with outside people and the environment. An introversion might be quiet and reserved. They are serious and don't show emotion while an individual high in extraversion might be sociable and outgoing. They tend to be very optimistic and care free.
  2. Neuroticism/Emotional Stability is related to moodiness versus even-temperedness. Neuroticism refers to an individual’s tendency to become upset or emotional. They tend to be anxious and moody while stability refers to the tendency to remain emotionally constant. They are calm and worry free.
  3. Psychoticism in this sections Individuals who are high on this trait tend to have difficulty dealing with reality and may be antisocial, hostile, non-empathetic and manipulative.
