For your Week 3 Learning Team
assignment you will be studying Consumer Price Index data (CPI).CPI data is published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.CPI
data includes a wide range of categories from housing prices to the cost of
milk.CPI data is available for the entire US or specific
geographic regions for certain items.

·Each team member should select a CPI of
interest and extract the monthly data from January 2006 through December
2011 from the CPI database.

·The historical CPI time series data
should be plotted using Excel for each index studied.The graphs
should have the date on the x-axis and the CPI data on the y-axis.The x-axis range should be from January 2007 until March

·For each CPI studied, provide a summary

oAny interesting trends or observations
relating to the specific CPI

·Compare and contrast the trends for the
