Health care staffs were obligated to put themselves in the front line against the pandemic. It was very difficult in the health care industry because they didn't have enough resources to deliver safe care and low supplies of personal protective equipment. Frontline health care staffs like physicians, nurses, etc were high risk of exposure when having the responsibilities to care for the patients in their community. There was a controversy where many individuals, including health care staffs refuse to get vaccinated. The vaccines are safe and effective for everyone. Individuals have covid- 19 vaccine hesitancy because the vaccine got created quickly, side effects, or they don't think covid-19 is a threat. Most states doesn't require people to wear a mask anymore except for health care facilities and airports. However, the cases has been going up and they need to take action on taking safety precautions to protect the community. I believe getting vaccinated helps others and themselves in the community. It is not fair that people who are high risk of getting covid-19 gets terribly sick because people are close-minded. i 5G McKenna, H. (2020, October). Covid-19: Ethical issues for Nurses. Official systems for gaining ethical approval for research, designed to prevent a repetition of these shameful examples, can prove bureaucratic and inflexible in practice. The core ethical principles of respect for autonomy, prevention of harm, promotion of benefit, and justice must be applied flexibility to take account of contextual, methodological, personal and practical considerations. Ensuring that the design and conduct of all research is ethically sound is the responsibility of all involved including researchers, research institutions, ethics review committees and regulatory bodies. Recognizing and responding to the ethical dimension of research is a fundamental part of the research governance process. Ethical codes of practice and regulatory frameworks reflect concern about actual or potential examples of unethical research. Translating these broad ethical principles into the specific context of individual research projects in different social and cultural settings poses challenges for researchers, ethics review committees, and regulatory bodies. Concepts such as informed consent are open to interpretation and influence within specific social and political contexts. Adrienne Robinson 13 hours ago at 1:02 AM + NEW i 2 5G

Past ethical issues have had a significant impact on today's healthcare research. For
example, Nazi doctors during World War II used prisoners for medical experiments, which
included deliberate infection of prisoners with malaria, typhus, and other diseases. In the past,
scientists such as these would be considered heroes of medical advancement. However, the Nazi
scientists violated the rights of prisoners and the Hippocratic Oath. As a result of their unethical
treatment of prisoners, many countries have passed legislation allowing prisoners the rights of
dignity and privacy. Nazi scientists conducted unethical experiments on prisoners to prove that
their ideology was superior. The Nazis violated prisoners' rights by subjecting them to unethical
treatment, including psychological manipulation and forced sterilization. There are many ethical
considerations in healthcare today before using humans for research trials. A major ethical issue
in using human trials is that they often co...
