With the current changes in technology, health and human services have been affected in
many ways. Service delivery in the two fields has been enhanced through the use of new
technology. This has been pivotal as some of the services in the health sector have been
streamlined making it easy to save lives of patients. This study, therefore, seeks to explore the
impacts of changes in technology on human and health service delivery.
New changes have been noted in the health sector and human services delivery in the
recent past and still there is a paradigm shift that is cutting across these areas. Advancement in
technology has been responsible for all these changes which have aided in the delivery of
