An in ecommerce system is a system that allows the selling and buying of products and
services, or the transmission of data and funds by the use of an electronic network, usually the
internet. This type of business can take the form of a business to business, business to consumer,
consumer to consumer or consumer to business type of transaction.
In this article I will explain the best strategy to implement an ecommerce. For an
ecommerce system to be successful implemented, the following key steps should be adhered to;
Step 1: Strategic business planning
This step involve the making of a sound decision that will enable attain the objective of
the business.
The business should clearly state its mission and vision and the objective which should
enable to know what should achieved, in what time frame , what resources to use and what will
be the expected budget for the project. Also the constraints that might be involved in the
execution of this project should be mentioned so as to come up with effective ways to prevent
them from happening, ( Chowdhury, Emon & Rupam , 2017).

The business should ensure that it has chosen the best technology of ecommerce to be
used. The technology should be the one that provides customer satisfaction at all times and also
