DIFFRENTIATE  R AND EQUATE IT TO ZERO TO FIND MAXIMUM VALUE

c)

so,here R=-1/3(x^2)+100x

        so maximum value is

  dR/dx=-2/3(x)+100 ....(because x^2 diffrentiation is 2x and that of x is 1)

0=-2/3(x)+100

that is x=100*3/2

               =150...................ANSWER FOR C

this th value of x for which we get the maximum value...

d)

TO GET MAXIMUM VALUE SUBSTITUTE VALUE OF X IN THAT EQUATION,

so,

R=-1/3(150*150)+100*150

  =-7500+15000

   =7500............................ANSWER
