In the hospital setup, there are different projects that can be implemented. For the
implementation of a Departmental-level Information System requires a strategic plan which will
include all the detailed plan of how the Information System will be implemented. The system
will assist with the management of the departmental activities. It is important to manage the
affairs of any department since it helps with the overall management of the whole organization.
This departmental management also presents an opportunity for the management to track and
manage issues in the organization from their source. The information system serves the role of
documentation which comes in handy towards the departmental management.
There are different stakeholders in the organization. The stakeholders in the context of
this particular departmental-level information system are the overall management of the
organization, the organization’s shareholders, the departmental heads, the staff members that are
