pH = pKa + log (moles A- / moles HA) . . .the Ka for HAc = 1.77 x 10^-5 
pH = -log (1.77 x 10^-5) + log (0.085 / 0.085) = 4.75 + log 1 = 4.75 + 0 = 4.75
