1) v=f'(x)=-32x+12=0, x=0.375s

so the ball's maximum height is -16*(0.375)^2+12*0.375+3=5.25m

2) -16x^2+12x+3=4, x=0.83s, so one time the ball was above 4 feet.

3) -16x^2+12x+3=0, x=0.95s
