19625=x*e^(0.062*19), t=2005-1986=19 years
x=19625/(e^0.062*19)=19625/3.247872=6042.42..........do this if you have a calculator
Or you can do
x=19625/(e^0.062*19), take ln of both sides, lnx=ln(19625/e^1.178). lnx=ln19625-lne^1.178, lne^1.178=1.178.
So lnx=1.178*ln19625.....x=e^(1.178*ln19625).....this is the more complicated way of ding it.....
