1. What is the “take-home” message you took from the video?
The message is that we should avoid dieting since it rarely works and focus on mindful
eating. This would require us to work with our appetite, meaning on should eat when we
are hungry and not when there is food.
2. Do you agree or disagree with the points made?
I completely agree with the points made because rarely do people stick to their diet. In
most cases, most people diet for a few weeks or months and then give up since it requires
a lot of willpower to keep dieting. However, eating when hungry is simple since it is only
natural.
