Introduction
Technical underwriting financial system was a large investment in information
technology made by the Northern insurance company. However, the investment in that financial
system didn’t tally with the expectation of the company. It was accompanied by rigidities
making it difficult for the organization to realize benefits and therefore compelled them to
venture in the reconstruction of that investment. A well-functioning system is supposed to
incorporate all the stakeholders in making sure that all parameters are met. In an arc-shell, it is
empirical to understand all the required standards and procedural needs mandated to make the
system run. Managers, financial advisors, technical team and project managers are the
stakeholders who are critical in making the system completely be effective.
