margin of error = tabular value * sigma /sqrt(n)
sqrt(n) = (2.326348 * 0.8175)/(0.1)=19.01789
n = 19.01789 * 19.01789 =361.6803 = 362 rounded to nearest integer.

Normally we use 2.33 instead of 2.326348
The the answer is (2.33* 0.8175/0.1)^2 = 362.8168 =363
