being in-charge of finances and procurement, the financial manager has a great responsibility in maintaining ethical corporate governance. the finances are great source of conflict in organizations and in decision making. the financial manager has to ensure there is good flow of these finances and for the better part ensure that the other departments do not use corrupt and unethical ways in corporate governance. i will always ensure accountability and responsiveness in corporate governance and also make it an all inclusive phenomena for all persons in the organization.
