please explain the difference
Saturated fats are worse because of the total LDL and blood cholestoral levels on body. Unsaturated are the good fats.
Examples of saturated: lamb, pork, chicken with skin, whole milk, cream, butter, cheese and ice cream.
Examples of unsaturated: Fish, corn, sunflower and soy oils.
