Bureaucratic model of organizations remains the most adopted globally. The model has
been operational in the governments, businesses, religious groups and in the education sector.
However, the choice of the type of the authority to be used in any sector depends on the people
in the group. As a result, it is rare to get in any sector and not find in contact with at least one
type of bureaucracy. Organisation and leaders are made of this authority as discussed by Max
Weber.This paper takes an insight of charismatic type of bureaucratic form, its shortcomings and
the advantages accrued from the members of their group.
Bureaucratic is an organizational model which is defined by unique features. These
characteristics includes the hierarchy of authority, a clear division of labour, written rules and
regulations, and impersonality in personnel matters. Essentially, Weber distinguishes three types
of authorities that emerges from such models which legitimacies authority (Christopher et, al,
2016).
