The different weight and priority tagged to civil liberties facilitates into conflict. Civil rights have been a sore subject in the United States of America. National security concerns have escalated the unrest between various human rights lobbies. Some of the views on how such delicate matters of civil liberties have contradicted between groups whose views are diverse from others. The perception that the Arab-Americans get a eagle-eye surveillance in relation to terrorism can be ignored. Some of the lobby groups would be happy with the National security system being on high alert on activities of Arab-Americans in the US. Such conflicts are aided by indifference in religion and skin color. Many Japanese-Americans were under great suspicion of loyalty question after the Japanese attacked the Port Harbor. Similarly, the approach on how to handle security without infringing the sovereignty of civil rights has being a thorn in the flesh.
