d.) reflected across the x-axis

e.) find the intervals where the function is increasing, decreasing, or constant

b) it become y = (x-3)^2

c) it becomes  y = (x-3)^2 -4

d) -y = (x-3)^2 -4 i.e. y = -(x-3)^2 +4

e) increasing (-infinity, 3), decreasing (3,infinity)
