I don't know how to make a decimal into a fraction.

It's easy. Decimals are always divided by 10 or 100 or 100 etc. depending on how many numbers there are after the decimal point.

For example, 0.1 is just 1/10 because there is only one number after the decimal point.

0.25 = 25/100 because there are two numbers after the decimal point.

What would 0.321 be?

Did you say, 321/1000 ? That's right!
