Urea was dissolved in water at a particular temperature, and it was found that 3.6 grams of urea could be just dissolved in 13 mL of solution. Calculate the value of the equilibrium constant K

  1. Formula: CH4N2O

  2. Molar mass: 60.06 g/mol

3.6 g of urea dissolved in 13 ml of water

no.of moles of urea= 0.06 moles

no of litres = 0.013 l

molarity = 4.615 M

this is the equilibrium constant

since just urea dissolves in water
