Answer:
1. Virtual Team
Team
My team is MatTek Solutions.
Team Members
It consists of a team of four people, two men and two women on it. Each team member
has a particular goal, and the ultimate goal is to bring together all of our individual goals into a
single collective good. It's easier for everyone in the team to learn from one another's unique
perspectives and ways of solving problems. Members of a team may learn from one another's
experiences. An increased feeling of community and a readiness to work together might be the
result of this.
Team members roles
1. Team manager
The team manager is in charge of determining the team's goals and making plans for the
future. Performing employee performance appraisals fall within his purview as well. His other
duties include overseeing the training and development of his personnel. Keep an eye on their
performance to make sure the objectives are reached.
2. Representative from the international brand
Professionals that represent our team's operations are known as brand representatives. We
rely on him as a social media spokesman to spread the word about our team.
3. Technical support expert
Install and configuring computer systems and applications for our team, answering other
team members' inquiries, and aiding in diagnosing and resolving difficulties are all duties of the
technical expert.
4. General Member
Assisting in the development of new ideas by attending meetings and voicing concerns.
Initiating and resolving conflict with customers or colleagues. Handling a wide range of office
tasks. Behave in a businesslike manner when representing the group.
Stages of team building

challenges more efficiently, communicate information effectively, and achieve outstanding
results before evaluating the results to keep searching for ways to improve.
Forming: This was the first time the team members came together. For our team leaders, it was
essential to organize introductions and demonstrate each person's credentials and expertise
(Fapohunda, 2013). There was also an opportunity for team members to arrange their work and
learn more about the project.
Storming stage: There are several opportunities to stand out and be acknowledged at the
storming stage of a team's work. In order to keep projects on track, team leaders helped their
teams devise a strategy for controlling intra-team rivalry, enhancing communication, and
ensuring that projects were completed on time (Cresswell-Yeager, 2021).
Norming: By this stage, the team had figured out how to work together. Roles and duties were
clearly defined, and there was no longer any rivalry inside the organization (Cresswell-Yeager,
2021). Everybody's productivity went up because they were better at working together as a team
and sharing their opinions, and listening to others' ideas.
Performing: The team performed well because they had a high degree of trust and togetherness.
More freedom from team leaders allowed teams to perform at their peak efficiency (Cresswell-
Yeager, 2021). The team was able to deal with any issues that developed without endangering
